Kindergarten
You can book booking times for kindergarten children as follows:

During the minimum booking period, undisturbed joint educational work takes place to implement the contents of the Bavarian Education and Upbringing Plan, during which time your child can neither be dropped off nor picked up.

** if the early or late shift is also booked, the care hours increase by the specified number of hours

You can book the following times for after-school children during school hours:

Note:
If your child’s lessons are canceled, your child will be looked after by the school during this time and can then come to the after-school care center.

MusiKita: 5.00 euros per month (kindergarten)
If you are entitled to a subsidy from the Free State of Bavaria for kindergarten children, your contribution will be reduced by this amount. The subsidy is granted from September 1 of the calendar year in which the child reaches the age of three until the child starts school. (as at 09/2019: 100 euros)
- Siblings receive a discount
- A separate game or drinks fee is not charged.
- The first rebooking in a kindergarten year is free, each additional rebooking costs € 5.00 processing and administration fee
- If larger excursions are planned, small fees are sometimes required (possibly for a bus trip, etc.).
- The costs for special excursions during the after-school vacation will be settled at the end of the vacation.
Catering
Our meals allowance is currently 95 euros per month. This includes a warm lunch, which we receive from an external caterer (Kochaus Oskar). The meal allowance also includes the cost of the weekly fresh fruit and vegetables for the afternoon snack, which we obtain from the Böck nursery. Some of the fruit and vegetables, as well as some of the milk, are supported by the EU school fruit program.
Our children’s house is supplied by an external caterer. The “Kochhaus Oskar” team from Forstern cooks fresh meals for our children’s restaurants every day. The meals are not only tasty, but also wholesome. The menus are put together in collaboration with a nutritionist and are based on the FIT KID concept of the DGE (German Nutrition Society). Together with the children, our teachers draw up the menus about 14 days in advance.
